SEAM has lit two exhibits for Bangkok Design Week 2020, in collaboration with Thailand-based floral designer PHKA.
At the Shophouse 1527 art gallery, Phala (pictured) emphasises the wilting of the flowers through each day of the festival, to highlight nature’s fragility.
Meanwhile, across the city at the Marine Police Lodging arts venue, Minute to Forever appropriates the traditional Malai floral craft to show how today's throw-away plastic culture conflicts with our beautiful natural world.
These two installations are showing now until 9th February.
