For the Foster + Partners-designed Principal Place residential tower in London’s Shoreditch district, SEAM has now completed the facade-lighting mock-up at the contractor Lindner Group’s factory in Munich.
The tower forms part of a major new mixed-use development for Brookfield, designed to BREEAM Excellent and scheduled to complete in 2018.
SEAM was engaged in 2014 to design landmark tower lighting.
