March marks a period of strong momentum for SEAM, with key progress across planning, international development and cultural design collaborations.
In London, the Borough Triangle scheme by Maccreanor Lavington has received planning consent, delivering a significant new residential development with public realm and landscape design by Gillespies. SEAM’s lighting strategy supports the external façade, ground-level public spaces and roof terrace amenities, helping shape the character and usability of this new urban environment.
Internationally, SEAM has been greenlit for a second tower commission in Dhaka for Shanta Holdings, continuing our collaboration with Benoy and their regional teams. The project forms part of a wider ambition to contribute meaningfully to the evolving skyline and urban identity of the city.
The studio has also joined a competition team led by AL_A and Aybar Mateos Architectos for a new museum proposal in Barcelona. This collaboration reflects SEAM’s ongoing engagement with cultural projects where light plays a central role in shaping spatial narrative and visitor experience.
Together, these developments highlight the breadth of the studio’s work — from civic planning frameworks in London to international urban growth and cultural design initiatives across Europe and Asia
